This phase is about the “fit”-ensuring that how we approach our clients aligns with our clients vision, budget and timeline.
Initial Inquiry & Discovery call: A brief chat to discuss the project scope, timeline and investment range.
On site-consultation: Walking the space to identify pain points, take preliminary photos, dive deeper into the lifestyle needs.
Proposal & Contract: Delivering a formal scope of work and structure.
Deposit and Kick-off: Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, the project officially moves onto the studio’s calendar.

This is the “dreaming” stage, backed by technical documentation.
Trade day: Bringing in collaborative contractor partners/specialists to take laser active measurements and assess any structural needs.
Concept development: Creating mood boards/concept boards to establish the “vibe,” color palette, and materiality.
Schematic Design: Developing floor plans, spatial layouts, and renderings.
Design Presentation: The “ big reveal” where the client reviews the full vision including fabric swatches, rug samples, finish samples.
Revisions: Fine tuning the details based on client feedback to reach a final “approved” design.

This is the “heavy lifting phase” where the vision becomes a series of orders and construction tasks.
Sourcing and Purchasing: Placing orders for furniture, lighting, area rugs, cabinet hardware, wallpaper selections, artwork, etc.
Expediting: Tracking shipping dates, lead times, and all the accounting associated with those items, to ensure they arrive accordingly and in the correct order.
Site Visits: Meeting our contractors and trade partners to ensure the design plan is being executed to spec.
Quality Control: Working collaborative with our receivers to ensure items are well inspected prior to delivery.

White Glove Delivery: All items are moved by a professional team into the home in a single session.
Big Reveal Styling: Adding final touches with accessories and decor, styling bookshelves and tables.
